Question dans 2009
J'ai quelques questions mais mon francais est mal.....
I'm an existing micro entreprise- who exactly do i need to contact to switch to this scheme.
Time is running out so i've sent off a letter to RSI but do i need to contact the hotel des impots as well??
Do i need to apply with a special form or just a letter?
merci en avance

Have the same problem... the implication is that one registers with the online form on this site.... but I for one am scared stiff that this will set up another company with another SIRET and I will wind up with two parallel operations both demanding côtisations. No-one seems capable or willing to give me an answer to this either. Tony Jolley.
If you register using the online form at the auto-entrepreneur site, you'll be asked if you already have a firm (or something like that) and then you are asked to give your Siret number, so you shouldn't wind up with a second firm.
Only micros in trade (sales) and artisans can become auto-entrepreneurs, but it seems impossible for professions libérales (consultants for instance) right now.
I'd suggest you to contact the CFE.

In response to GTL's post. I have read in the 'Connexion' newspaper that a loophole has just been sorted, allowing most Profession Liberales to register under the Auto-entrepreneur. They gave a web link for a full listing of metiers: http://www.cipav-retraite.fr/cipav/arti ... etique.htm
I hope this helps.

Yes, Profession Liberales can register, but only if they are starting from scratch. If you already had a micro-entreprise in Liberal before January 1st, 2009, the Cipav says it's impossible (although the law says it can be done).
Titi, presque, mais pas tout à fait ;)

HI....running out of time fast - help if you can.
When you fill out the online form and select that you already work it asks you for the date you stopped your activity.....what do you do if you're still working.....i tried 31 03 2009 and it didn't like that....
I just want to change to auto entrepreneur and the only form i can find is 'start of activity'.
AAAAGGGHHH
PS.i do qualify to join the scheme

there are 2 forms, the first one for those who start their auto-entreprise, the second one for those who already have a micro-entreprise (provided of course that you are either in trade/sales or artisan).
Or you should contact the RSI (Régime social des indépendants).
